English violin made in 1985 by J.W. Sewell. Not much can be find about this specific maker, but he seems to be a good amateur maker. A quite handsome violin. The violin has a deeply flamed one-piece maple back and ribs and a moderately fine-grained spruce table. The varnish of a warm orange color on a yellow base.
