Return, Withdrawal and Trial Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days.

2. Withdrawal- and trial Period

The withdrawal- and trial period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier acquires, physical possession of the goods. This is determined by the tracking code of the order. The 14 days start when the tracking code states the package is delivered. For the refund we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Please note:  Would the package or any ordered item get damaged during its way to the customer, then it is the customers obligation to notify us about this within 48 hours after receiving the package. Otherwise we cannot make a claim at our insurance company and we unfortunately cannot make any refunds and cannot accept a return. If the customer fails to inform us about the damage within 48 hours we have to consider the damage to not have happened during shipping, but after receiving the package by the customer and will not refund (not partially, neither full) or accept a return. In this case, the right to return expires.

3. Address

To exercise the right to return, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by email or text message by phone). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

4. The Withdrawal Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to withdraw (return) before the withdrawal period has expired. Within 14 days the customer will decide whether they would like to keep or return the order. Would the customer decide to return the package then the tracking code for the return has to be provided to us within 14 days after the package was initially delivered (see 1. withdrawal- and trial period).

5. Effects of Withdrawal

If you return your order, we will refund all payments that we received from you, excluding all delivery costs, bank charges and fees, immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the day we received your order back. 

6. Right of Retention

We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

7. Return Shipping

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us 
[Vivid Musica, Molenstraat 25, 5768EB Meijel, The Netherlands], without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

8. Costs of Return Shipping

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

9. Value Replacement for the Delivery of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Would you decide to return the order then the ordered items must be in the exact same condition as when it was initially sent by us: the seller: Vivid Musica, including the original packaging, when we receive the return. Otherwise, the customer cannot be refunded. Should damage occur due to negligence of the postal company, we will make a claim to have this damage compensated by the postal company. If this is not possible, we will unfortunately not be able to compensate the customer for this damage. It is the customer's responsibility to pack the returned goods carefully. 

Please also note: 

The customer is completely responsible for import taxes or other potential costs that occur when importing a package that has been sent internationally. These costs (tolls, taxes or other fees) are always for the customer and can never be attributed to us. The customer can never claim this.
